How long will it take to get my necklace?
All orders for personalized items are shipped between 4 – 7 weeks (excluding delays e.g. Flight delays or S.A customs) as it is not made in South Africa.
SA Deliveries:
SA orders are shipped with the Fast Way First Class Signed For service (Delivery aim: 1 – 3 working days – Not Guaranteed).
Pep to pep is a cheaper option (Delivery aim: 5-9 working days Not Guaranteed)
Important Note: Due to the current pandemic, shipping times in all destinations may expect delays.
What material is the necklace?
Our custom-made necklaces are 18K Gold Plated: Thin layer of solid gold coated over stainless steel.

Customer Returns and Cancellations:
GlamCo has a no refund/ cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered, the creation process has already begun. If you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 10% handling fee that will be deducted before the refund. The balance of the purchase amount will need 7 working days to reflect in your account. All orders should be cancelled within 24 hours. Should you still wish to cancel after the 24 hour period, you will then have to pay 70% of your order as a cancellation fee as the order is already in for the manufacturing process.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
How much does shipping cost?
Door to door shipping and handling (Fast way) – R100 (Standard rate).
Pep to pep shipping and handling – R70
Postnet to postnet shipping and handling – R100
How can I track my package/s?
All orders are not locally made hence the time frame given. we only provide tracking once we have received your order from our suppliers overseas. We then recheck your order for mistakes and inform you if there is any. If all is in order, we package the items accordingly and ship with your selected service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or sms with a tracking code. you can track your order online.
My order still hasn’t been shipped, why is this?
All our products are not made in South Africa and is imported from various countries. There is a 15-day manufacturing process and a 10-day shipping process (to South Africa). once received at GlamCo, we repackage each customer order accordingly and ship out with our local courier service.
Fastway couriers 1 – 3 days (not guaranteed)
Pep to pep 5-9 days (not guaranteed)
What if I put in my wrong address?
Use our Contact Us page to inform us of the correct address as soon as possible.
We cannot be held liable for undelivered/ misplaced packages due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.
What if my package is lost?
Our packages are sent using tracked shipping and will receive your tracking code via email or sms which you can use to contact the courier. if your item is lost, the shipping company will be held liable. please keep do not discard any info up until you have received your order as it can be used as proof in case of of a lost or stolen order.
What if my package was returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
What if my jewellery breaks?
GlamCo will not send out a defective/damaged piece as each order goes through a quality control process. If your GlamCo jewellery is damaged before dispatch, we will contact the client before shipping any item and offer a remake (if the client is willing to wait the 4 – 7 week period again) or refund (if the client is not keen on waiting). If the item was damaged during shipment to you, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence to support@glamcojewellery.co.za. After 24 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.
